Ten awards and ten In Book selections for the LCI community at the ADG Laus 2026

Year after year, the Laus Awards presented by ADG-FAD give us a reason to celebrate, and the 56th edition was no exception. On June 11, the Disseny Hub Barcelona hosted the ceremony of the most prestigious graphic design and visual communication awards in the country, and LCI Barcelona had a night to remember: ten awards and ten In Book selections for students and faculty from the Graphic Design area, our best result in the history of these awards.

Two gold, two silver, and one bronze for our students

Representing the Bachelor’s in Graphic DesignJaume Àlvarez and Iris García received a Laus Gold in Digital Free Work for Kepler (tutor: Arturo González), while Inés Asens won another Laus Gold in Digital Final Degree Project for Gible (tutors: Sergi Carbonell and Oliver Montiel).

Jaume Àlvarez, Olivia Duffin, and Iris García added a Laus Silver in Digital Free Work for Mobio (tutors: Quico Domingo and Josep Ortega), and Lisa Ulrich received another Laus Silver in Graphic Design Free Work for Bioedén Nº001 Hydra (tutor: Rein Steger). Master’s student Àngels Villegas received a Laus Bronze in the Master’s and Postgraduate - Audiovisual category for Art POPular (tutor: Salva Borrego).

The ADG Laus Awards also recognize our faculty

Professor Oliver Montiel collected five recognitions with work from his studio Bold: two Laus Silver, one in Beauty and Personal Care Packaging for Blosse and another in Beverage Packaging for Brebel, plus three In Book selections for Pigment GinBlosse, and Nuara.

Faculty member Adrià Pifarré took home four awards with his studio Pifarré-Vallejo: a Laus Gold in Small Business Corporate Identity for Bodega César Velasco, a Laus Silver in Corporate Publication for Christie’s Lalannes, a Laus Bronze in the same category for Christie’s Rhinocretáire I, and an In Book selection for this project.

A night to remember

Three gold, four silver, and two bronze awards, plus ten In Book selections for the LCI community at the Laus 2026. Congratulations to our students and faculty for their outstanding work!
