LCI Education is not a single integrated corporate entity, and each entity within the group constitutes a separate legal entity. For the purposes hereof, the expression "LCI Education", “we”, “us”, “our” refer to a group of globally established institutions of higher education (each a "Member Campus"), as well as Collège Lasalle, Collège LaSalle International Inc (hereinafter "CLI") and 8240175 Canada Inc, doing business under the names LCI Education - Global Admissions or LCI Education - Admissions Globales, as more fully detailed in the table at the end of these Terms of Use. This is a legally binding contract between us and the user (“you”, “your”) regarding the use of the Site that describe your rights and responsibilities as a user.
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU CONSENT TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE AND ALL OTHER APPLICABLE TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND POLICIES THAT SUPPLEMENT IT, INCLUDING OUR PRIVACY POLICY AND ANY OTHER CONDITIONS WE MAY NOTIFY YOU OF FROM TIME TO TIME. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.

We will then take whatever measures we deem reasonable and appropriate to put an end to such use or breach, but can in no event be held liable for any act or omission in this regard.
As the holder of an Account, you consent to our use of your personal information, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
In addition, you agree that you will not, and will not permit, enable, induce, or encourage other users or third parties to use the Site or your Account, including any output or other information generated by them:

We appreciate receiving comments and suggestions regarding the Site as well as our various activities. If you send us any comments, suggestions, ideas, materials, or other kind of feedback regarding the Site or our various activities (“Feedback”), you hereby irrevocably assign to us all such Feedback, for us to use for any purpose in our sole discretion without any obligation or compensation to you. USER CONTENT

TERMINATION
The parties can terminate the contract between them at any time. Upon such termination, you will no longer have the right to use the Site or your Account. The following provisions shall continue to apply following termination: (i) users and/or visitors may continue to share User Content and information you have published to the extent that same was published or shared prior to termination, and (ii) all provisions relating to intellectual property, restrictions on the use of the Content, limited guarantees, limited liability, indemnification as well as interpretative provisions contained herein.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
